The children have been studying the books of the Old Testament. This week they focused on the books of wisdom comprised of poems, songs, and advice. A Haiku poem is three lines long with 5 syllables in the first line, 7 in the second, and 5 in the 3rd. Here are the children’s Haiku poems. 8:30 God is nice and King. Thanks for food, drink, and babies. Love with peaceful song. 11:00 God is nice and good. Thanks for shelter and family. Love everybody.
