Q: What are the worship days and times?
A: There are two worship services each Sunday. At 8:30 am there is an informal worship service. At 11:00 am there is a traditional worship service.
Q: What should I wear to worship service? Do I need to dress up?
A: Some of the women wear dresses and some men wear suits. Others dress more casually.
Q: Will I be asked to give money?
A: You will have an opportunity to give an offering. During both worship services, an offering plate is available when communion is served at the front of the sanctuary. The monetary gifts taken to the Lord's Table and are blessed for use in the ministries of the church.
Q: How often is communion served?
A: Communion around the Lord's Table is central to worship and is taken during each worship service. In both worship services, communion is served at the front of the sanctuary and everyone is invited to come forward and partake. All who believe in Jesus Christ are invited to share in the Lord's Supper.
Q: Is child care available during worship?
A: Yes. Child care us available for infants through 3 years of age.
Q: What kind of music do you sing?
A: We use the Disciples of Christ Chalice Hymnal and the Chalice Praise and other music selected by our Worship & Music Team.
Q: How do I become a member?
A: All are members of the family of Jesus Christ. If you choose to make CCC your church family you can just begin by attending regularly and becoming involved in any of the many ministries that are available.
